Commencement Ceremonies

The Dixie State University 107th Commencement Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 4 2018, in Legend Solar Stadium on the DSU campus. The processional will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the ceremony will start immediately following the processional. There will be one ceremony combined with both baccalaureate and associate graduates.The stadium will open at 7 a.m. and guests must be seated by 8:30 a.m. There are no commencement tickets; seating is open for all audience members. Seats may not be saved.

Graduate Seating Accommodation for Students and Guests with Disabilities

Graduates and guests with disabilities attending Commencement can request accommodations through the Disability Resource Center by phone at 435-652-7516 (voice). Please give us reasonable prior notice to arrange the specific accommodations you may need. Reserved seating will be available for the hearing impaired. American Sign Language Interpreters will be available upon request.

Gifts and Memorabilia

Commencement is an exciting time for all those graduating. Gifts and DSU memorabilia can be purchased at the campus bookstore located on the second floor of the Gardner Student center. The campus store will also be open the day of commencement at the studium.

DSU parking lots are open to all guests during commencement and are first come first served. A campus map can be found here.
