This policy was last updated in Fall 2016, so it's up for a requisite 5-year review. Minor changes were made to the policy to align it with current practices and the revisions made to policies 631 and 641 (which have been revised since Policy 341 was last revised), as well as accounting for the new Policy 643 that is forthcoming. This policy revision to 341 is planned to accompany Policy 643 in the same policy review cycle, if Policy 643 is prepared during this academic year. If 643 is not ready for FY22, Policy 341 should move forward for approval prior to July 1, 2022 in preparation for the new fiscal year.

Revision to Policy 341 is planned to go up for public comment and approval with new Policy 643, which has also been submitted for review/approval during 2021-22 academic year. If Policy 643 is not moved forward for public comment by Academic Affairs, please move forward with Policy 341 revision approval prior to July 1, 2022.
