Minor modification to the definition for "University Official with Signature Authority." Removing that it must be an individual holding an executive level position at the University as a member of the President's Cabinet, and making it any individual with authority as outlined in Addendum 149a. The reason for this is that we are proposing additions in 149a to include the Director of Purchasing and the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management to have authority in their respective areas.
