Dear DSU employees, students, or community members, if you choose to use one of the following links to make a report that requires our attention, please note that you must be willing to give the appropriate amount of information so that the issue or incident can be fully investigated and resolved. A lack of information will only hinder and slow down the process, and your problem may not be able to be addressed if there isn’t enough identifying information given to know who, what, when, where, etc.
